Specialized Nursing
This allows the nurse to provide direct patient care, the staff can consult with the nurse about active ways to improve the care of the patient. Mobit2 staff ensures that services are tailored to the needs of our patients. This is also the department that provides restorative care where the nurses help patients to gain back their old self to their utmost maximum level.
Personal Care & Homemaking
This is mostly provided towards the older adults and people with disabilities who typically have limitations with their ability to perform the essential basic daily activities. Mobit2 will collaborate with your entire medical team/family to provide a safe and healthy environment. These services are also provided, Bathing, Shower, Sponge Bath, Shave, Mouth Care, Denture Care, Dressing, Grooming and Skin Care.
Companion / Live-in Care
This care is provided to our non-medical patients; the companion home care is geared towards our older adults or people with special needs (disabilities). The goal is to improve emotional support and socialization. The assigned staff also helps with light housekeeping, running errands, laundry, communicating with other family members as specified by the client, preparing meals, planning, and scheduling appointments and other social activities.
Transportation Services
Driving to doctor’s Appointments, Shopping, Household Errands, Preparing and Serving Meals, Making Beds, Housekeeping and More.
Medication
Some of the essential services that are provided are administering Medication, Vital Signs, Changing Dressing, Intravenous Therapy, Pain Management, Chronic Disease Management, Wound care and Diabetic Management and education and total health maintenance.
